7 years agoSeattle Mariners closer Edwin Diaz mowed through the White Sox for his 10th save in the Mariners 4-3 win on Wednesday. Diaz struck out two batters to continue his dominant start to the season. He has converted on all of his save chances and now has 23 strikeouts and a sparkling 0.73 ERA. He is now emerging as one of the best closers in the American League and a big contributor to the Mariners solid start to the season. He will continue to see plenty of work moving forward with the Mariners current knack for playing close games in the first month of the season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
