7 years agoDallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten will take some time to discuss with his family before making a final decision about his playing career, according to owner Jerry Jones. Rumors this offseason have ranged from "Jason Witten will continue his playing career for this season and beyond" to "Jason Witten is already a member of ESPN's Monday Night Football team for next season and will not play football again." The reality appears to be somewhere closer to the latter, with Witten leaning toward retirement and a new career in the broadcast booth.
