7 years agoWashington Nationals third baseman Anthony Rendon (ffot) will start baseball activities on Friday, exactly two weeks after fouling a ball off his toe. Rendon was placed on the DL almost a week later than needed because he didn't believe the injury to be serious. He wasn't seen taking batting practice before the game, but the announcement is a welcome one for his owners. Rendon is looking for an encore into his 2017 breakout season.
