7 years agoIf you own New York Mets infielder Asdrubal Cabrera, you’re probably starting him regardless, as he’s leading the National League in hits with 35. But you’ll especially want to make sure he’s in your lineup on Wednesday against Sean Newcomb and the Atlanta Braves. The sample size may be very, very small (nine at-bats), but Cabrera has picked up a hit in five of those trips to the plate against Newcomb for a .556 batting average. For the year, Cabrera is slashing a mighty .337/.388/.567 with five home runs, 20 runs scored and 17 RBI, so he should be in your lineup every day no matter who he’s facing.--John Smith
