7 years agoLos Angeles Angels catcher Martin Maldonado has been placed on the bereavement list. Juan Graterol was recalled to take his spot on the roster, with starting pitcher JC Ramirez being transferred to the 60-day disabled list to accommodate Graterol on the 40-man roster. Maldonado is hitting .213 on the year and is not a viable fantasy option outside of extremely deep formats. Graterol will be the backup for a handful of days and is not worth a look either.--patton
