7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Junior Guerra went five innings on Friday, giving up six hits, five earned runs and four walks while striking out four in the 6-4 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates. After allowing one run or less in his first four starts of the season, he gave up a season-high five runs in a game. His control wasn't exactly on point either, as he gave up a season-high four walks as well. After coming into this game with a 0.82 ERA, he now bumps it up to 2.33, which is still really good. With the Brewers running a four-man rotation until Zach Davies returns, Guerra could be a viable option for two starts next week. However, this start leaves concern around his hot start.--Caden Inaba
