7 years agoWashington Nationals first baseman Matt Adams crushed two home runs in San Diego on Monday, giving him seven in May and 10 on the season in just 75 at-bats. He had five RBI on the night and has an eye-popping 1.169 OPS in 2018. While he's absolutely destroying right-handed pitchers, the second home run came against Matt Strahm, a lefty. It will be interesting to see if he stays in the lineup with two more lefties coming up next in the Padres series. He's always had power, but this could be the beginning of a breakout campaign. He's making himself a must-add in 12-team leagues and if they keep him in the lineup against lefties, he'll creep into shallow league relevancy.--Mario Hernandez - RotoBaller
