Amed Rosario Picking Things Up A Bit
7 years agoDespite a relatively disappointing debut in late 2017 for New York Mets shortstop Amed Rosario, who at one point was ranked as the top prospect in baseball by some publications, the fantasy community had hopes for him in 2018. Not necessarily very high hopes, but hopes nonetheless. Unfortunately Rosario has disappointed greatly thus far in 2018, slashing a poor .248/.278/.330 with zero home runs and only one stolen base. Over the last few days though, he’s starting to show signs of life. He’s picked up hits in five of his last six games, including multi-hit efforts two of them. It may not be much, but if Rosario is starting to adjust to Major League pitching, he’ll be a player to keep an eye on.
