6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks third baseman Jake Lamb is on pace to play in an extended spring training game next week, according to manager Torey Lovullo. Lamb has recently upped the intensity of his rehabilitation, taking swings, fielding grounders and throwing across the diamond. If there are no set backs, Lamb will move onto a minor league rehab assignment before being activated. Owners should expect Lamb back sometime before the end of May.--Jonathan Chan - Rotoballer
