Dustin Fowler Makes First MLB Start
7 years agoOakland Athletics rookie outfielder Dustin Fowler is making his first MLB start against the Yankees Friday. With Stephen Piscotty going on the bereavement list, Mark Canha moves to right field to allow Fowler to man center field. Fowler competed for the spot but had a rough spring training. At Triple-A, he hit three homers with eight stolen bases to go with a .310 average. He is a good dynasty asset with power and speed and could become relevant in mixed leagues with enough playing time.
