6 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Sal Romano struggled in his start against the San Francisco Giants on Monday. Romano allowed six runs on eight hits in just 2 1/3 innings of work, striking out two and walking two. The poor outing put an end to a five-game run of starts where Romano allowed three runs or less. On the season, Romano has a 2-4 record, 4.84 ERA, and 28 strikeouts in nine starts. He will look to bounce back in his next start, scheduled against the Chicago Cubs.--Matt T - RotoBaller
