7 years agoLos Angeles Angels center fielder Mike Trout is hitting leadoff for the second day in a row on Wednesday. Tuesday Trout hit first with Zack Cozart out of the lineup. On Wednesday both Cozart and second baseman Ian Kinsler are in the lineup, but Trout is still hitting first with Shohei Ohtani hitting second. This may be the norm from here on out. It gives Trouts more at-bats, but less RBI opportunities. Still, Cozart and Kinsler were struggling so this may be more optimal for Trout and the Angels overall.--patton
