7 years agoLos Angeles Angels right-hander Garrett Richards had another excellent outing on Wednesday, tossing seven innings and giving up two runs, neither which were earned. The outing lowered his season ERA to 3.47, with a 1.22 WHIP and 53 strikeouts in 46 2/3 innings pitched. You'd like to see more than four K's from Richards in an outing like Wednesday's, but that's a minor complaint. He looks healthy and back to his excellent ways, and is worth owning in any format he is currently available.--patton
