7 years agoIt took seven starts for him to do so, but Baltimore Orioles starter Alex Cobb secured his first win of the season on Friday against the Red Sox. Cobb also picked up his third quality start of the season in the win, allowing three runs on 10 hits and one walk while striking out three over 6 1/3 innings. After struggling during the first month of the season, Cobb is looking like he's getting back on track in May, posting a 3.38 ERA and 1.37 WHIP over 24 innings. Cobb isn't quite at the point of being a must-add, but he is looking like he could be a very interesting streaming option in his next start against the White Sox.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
