6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Jeremy Jeffress pitched 1 1/3 innings only giving up one hit while striking out one in the 8-3 win over the Minnesota Twins. Jeffress has been pitched at an absurd rate all season long and is now rocking a 3-0 record with a 0.38 ERA and 21 strikeouts in 23 2/3 innings pitched. The fact that he has only given up one earned run in that stretch of time says it all, which goes all the way back to April 6. Jeffress is a must-own in holds formats right now and is a very strong candidate to own for those punting saves.--Caden Inaba
