6 years agoEarlier on Sunday, we recommended that you stay far away from Joe Biagini for fantasy purposes against the Oakland Athletics. We hope you listened. Biagini’s miserable 2018 predictably continued against the solid Athletics’ offense; allowing four runs (three earned) on six hits and two walks across four innings pitched with two strikeouts. Yeah, pretty much status quo from what we’ve seen out of Biagini this season. With Toronto’s rotation hurting due to injuries to Marcus Stroman and Jaime Garcia, Biagini may get another chance – but there’s only so many times the Blue Jays can trot his 7.71 ERA to the hill.--John Smith
