7 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer went 2-for-4, including a 411-foot bomb for his 10th home run of the season on Wednesday. He now has hits in five of his last six games and is 8-for-23 (.347) during that span with two home runs and five runs batted in. Springer has been one of the more consistent forces for the Astros this season but appears to be on the verge of one of another hot streak. He now leads the team in slugging (.500),home runs (10) and second on the team with 31 runs batted in.--Joey C - RotoBaller
