6 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman Logan Morrison went 1-for-5 with a solo homer against the Cleveland Indians on Thursday. The homer gives Morrison six this season, to go along with a .198 batting average, 19 runs, and 19 RBI in his first season with the Twins. Morrison's stats don't look great but he has run into some bad luck at the plate this season. He has just a .224 BABIP but is still making good contact, posting a 36.1% hard-hit rate. It would be worth monitoring him in deeper leagues to see if he starts to turn it around for Minnesota.--Matt T - RotoBaller
