Chase Anderson Handed Fourth Loss Of Season
6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Chase Anderson went 5 2/3 innings pitched, giving up five hits, four runs (three earned), and one walk while striking out one in the 8-3 loss to the Chicago White Sox. Anderson had a three-run lead going into the third inning and left the third inning giving up three runs to tie the game. Concerns surround Anderson's lack of strikeouts as not only did he get just one strikeout in this start, he's at a 5.79 K/9 compared to last year's 8.47 K/9. He should still be owned in deep formats as his potential to bounce back is there, however, with his strikeouts way down, he does not hold much value in shallower formats.
