7 years agoESPN New York's Rich Cimini doesn't see wide receiver Devin Smith (knee) making the roster while trying to rebound from his second ACL surgery. There are at least six receivers ahead of him on the current depth chart, and head coach Todd Bowles said Smith will sit out the rest of spring workouts.
