6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Eric Thames (thumb) will head off to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Wednesday to continue his rehab before returning to the Brewers roster. It's predicted that Thames will get starts at outfield, but he won't get much playing time unless he can adequately defend at an MLB level for both positions. Jesus Aguilar and Ryan Braun will lose the most value while Domingo Santana, Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain will lose little to no value when Thames returns. Thames does not hold as much value as he did earlier this year after Aguilar started to heat up in late May, so he should only be owned in deeper formats upon returning.--Caden Inaba
