7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Alex Reyes (lat) underwent surgery for a torn tendon in his throwing arm and will likely miss the rest of the season. Reyes had just come back from 16 months of rehab after Tommy John surgery and was unable to make it through his first start back. Full of tantalizing upside, Reyes has simply not been able to stay on the mound. He'll try again in 2019, but he's left plenty of fantasy owners sore in 2018. He can be safely dropped in redraft leagues, but the upside still makes him worth stashing in dynasty leagues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
