6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals closer Bus Norris has been successful in the closer role this season. He has a 3-1 record with 12 saves on the year, but he hasn't been in the closer role for the whole year. His 40 strikeouts help his value. A 3.49 ERA is a little higher than owners would hope for, but his 1.06 WHIP is better. Norris has blown two of his recent saves. Owners shouldn't get too discouraged, because there isn't anyone putting pressure on him to take his spot. Norris has an impressive 12.71 K/9. His value remains high despite a rough couple of days.--Blake Sullivan
