6 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Brett Anderson (shoulder) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session Wednesday, per San Francisco Chronicle's Susan Slusser. Anderson is currently recovering from a shoulder strain that landed him on the 10-day disabled list. He said that he is feeling no shoulder discomfort and that things are accelerating with his rehab. Anderson could be useful once he returns to an A's pitching staff that has been plagued with injuries this season. However, he will not be helping anyone's fantasy teams. Anderson has posted a 7.63 ERA and a 2.02 WHIP in 15 1/3 innings pitched, so he should be avoided once he returns from the DL.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
