6 years agoAtlanta Braves pitching prospect Max Fried struck out 11 batters over seven innings on Thursday for Triple-A Gwinnett. Fried also allowed three hits, one run and didn't allow a walk. Fried is now 2-3 with a 4.23 ERA in seven starts with 39 strikeouts in 38 1/3 innings. He remains one of the better pitching prospects in a talented Braves farm system. Fried is more of a name for dynasty league owners, as he would need an injury or two to make an impact in 2018.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
