6 years agoDetroit Tigers starting pitcher Jordan Zimmermann (shoulder) will be activated from the disabled list to start Saturday against the White Sox. Zimmermann has been on the DL since May 8 with a right shoulder impingement and has made three rehab starts across two minor league levels since then. He turned in two straight scoreless starts before hitting the shelf, but still owns just a 4.88 ERA on the year. In Zim's favor, though, is that he will be facing the struggling White Sox.
