Ben Roethlisberger Not Worrying About Contract
6 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is two years away from becoming a free agent but he told reporters that he is more concerned about winning games. Roethlisberger stated, "I care about record-breaking Super Bowl wins and things like that -- that's more important to me." Roethlisberger even mentioned that he would be willing to take less if it means allowing some of his other teammates to get paid. Roethlisberger openly discussed retirement during the 2017 season but he now appears intent on playing several more seasons. It appears he and the Steelers will try to hammer out one last contract extension at the conclusion of the 2018 campaign. He sets up as a low-end QB1 for fantasy in 2018.
