6 years agoCincinnati Reds center fielder Billy Hamilton had another nice day at the plate on Wednesday against the Tigers, going 2-for-4 with a single, a double, and a strikeout. This was Hamilton's third straight multi-hit game; he has had seven hits in his last 12 at-bats and also has two stolen bases in his last three games. While this is not long enough to be called a hot streak, it is certainly encouraging for fantasy owners, as Hamilton has posted a poor .208/.294/.308 slash line with 13 steals in 69 games this season.
