6 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfield prospect Austin Slater has been promoted on Saturday. Slater is the team’s No. 4 prospect, according to MLB.com. The outfielder hit .344 with five home runs and 32 RBI over 195 at-bats for Triple-A Sacramento. Slater was up for a brief period earlier this year and went 3-for-11. It is unknown how much playing time Slater will get, but he is worth monitoring in all formats.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
