6 years agoA decision will be made on Thursday about Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish (triceps) and if he will return to the rotation this weekend versus the Twins. Darvish had a rehab start on Monday and played catch on Tuesday. Darvish will throw a bullpen session on Thursday and if everything goes well, the Cubs are hopeful that Darvish can return on Saturday or Sunday. Darvish looked strong in his rehab start Monday but said that he felt fatigued. Darvish has struggled this year, and owners may want to wait a start or two to make sure his arm is built back up before inserting him back into the lineups.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
