6 years agoLos Angeles Angels designated hitter Shohei Ohtani is out of the lineup on Thursday against left-hander Marco Gonzales and the Mariners. Ohtani will likely see plenty of days off against lefties so that Albert Pujols can get frequent repetitions at designated hitter. With Jefry Marte back, Pujols can play first base on those days. This shouldn't have a huge impact on Ohtani's value, but he is worth keeping an eye on for those who can make daily lineup changes.--patton
