6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies second baseman Cesar Hernandez (foot) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Pirates. Hernandez fouled a ball off his foot in Saturday's game and will get some time to rest today, although he will be available to pinch hit, per MLB.com's Todd Zolecki. Jesmuel Valentin will get the start at second in his place. Valentin is hitting just .200 this season, so fantasy players should avoid him today.
