BALLER MOVE: Target ~45
CURRENT ADP: ~55
ANALYSIS: Denver Broncos running back Royce Freeman is part of an emerging Broncos team that added Case Keenum and may be able to surprise people. The fact that a potential lead back has an ADP of 55 seems insane and he may even be a steal in the fifth round at that. This steal is especially true as Freeman could help on the ground and through the air. It may end up being wise to play the Keenum-Freeman stack this year.
With a below-average line last season and a mess at quarterback, C.J. Anderson was still able to rack up 1,000 yards at 4.1 yards per carry. Freeman was drafted to provide depth for the running backs, but in the end, he will win the job over Devontae Booker. To start the season, you may see a split in the backfield, but talent wins out, and Freeman has the talent.
