6 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt has been placed on paternity leave prior to Friday’s game. Belt is expecting his second child and will miss the next few days. Infielder Ryder Jones will replace Belt on the active roster and start at third base on Friday. Jones will likely only be up for the weekend and can be avoided for now.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
