7 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey will once again play a major part in the offense, and head coach Ron Rivera said he wouldn't be surprised if the second-year back reached 200 carries after having just 117 in 2017. The team is confident in McCaffrey's ability to run between the tackles, and he bulked up five pounds to be better equipped for the pounding. The rookie led the team last year with 80 catches. He'll mix in with C.J. Anderson and should see an increased workload, but he makes his fantasy owners happy with the receptions.
