6 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Evan Gattis will look to shake off a 1-for-29 slump when the team opens up a series at Coors Field Tuesday night. After breaking an Astros franchise record for RBI (30) in a month in June, Gattis has cooled off and is hitting only .179 over his last 15 games played. Gattis has still popped four home runs over his last 14 games played and should be able to provide some power over the next few games at hitter-friendly Coors Field. In 44 road games this season, Gattis is slashing .292/.356/.584 with 12 home runs and will be a strong candidate to go deep in Colorado.--Joey C - RotoBaller
