7 years agoNew York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said the team expects catcher Gary Sanchez (groin) to return at the end of August or the beginning of September. While Sanchez does have 14 home runs and 42 RBI, he's been a disappointment this year for fantasy owners because of his injuries and his weak .188/.283/.416 slash line. You'll have no choice but to hold onto him in redraft leagues because of the position he plays, but his stock in dynasty/keeper leagues has taken a big hit. Austin Romine should do most of the catching for the Yankees with Sanchez out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
