7 years agoThe Houston Texans are still unsure if running back D'Onta Foreman (Achilles) will be ready for Week 1. He's on the active Physically Unable to Perform list to start training camp. "Work in progress right now, recovering from this injury," Texans general manager Brian Gaine said as the AFC South franchise arrived at The Greenbrier for training camp. "We need a little bit more time to determine if he's going to be ready for the season. We're not there at that stage. We think he's getting better. He's improving, but time will tell whether he's available to us when we kick off." It makes Foreman all the more risky as a fantasy pick to break out in 2018. The Texans are expected to give Foreman a much bigger workload this year after he averaged 4.2 yards per carry last year and was more productive than Lamar Miller. If healthy, Foreman should be able to surpass Miller as the lead back in Houstson.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
