7 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds placed outfielder Jesse Winker (shoulder) on the 10-day disabled list on Thursday with a right shoulder subluxation. The move is retroactive to July 24. In a corresponding move, the team called up outfielder Mason Williams from Triple-A Louisville and moved infielder Alex Blandino (knee) to the 60-day DL. It's a shame since Winker was starting to come on strong with regular playing time. It's unknown how much time he will miss. Phillip Ervin and Williams could share playing time in the outfield until Scott Schebler comes off the DL. Ervin is expected to see more time.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
