7 years agoUpdating previous reports, Cincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker (shoulder) will have season-ending surgery to fix a right shoulder subluxation. It ends a great season for the 24-year-old. He hit .299/.405/.431 with seven long balls and 43 RBI in 89 games. He should be a fixture in Cincy's outfield in 2019. Phillip Ervin should benefit the most with Winker out until Scott Schebler returns from the disabled list.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
