7 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Tavon Austin was lining up out wide on the first day of training camp on Thursday. Offensive coordinator Scott Linehan has made Austin sound like he'll be a key part of the offense this year. He could be given the lack of Dallas' other options in the receiving game now that Dez Bryant is gone. It's saying something when he had a career-high 59 catches for only 270 yards and one touchdown in his final season with the Rams. Austin might have more of an opportunity with his new team, but he really hasn't been anything more than a gadget player so far in his five-year career.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
