6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Guillermo Heredia has only 21 hits over his last 124 at-bats and is hitting .169 since June 1. Heredia has seen an increase in playing time during this stretch thanks to his speed, defense and the team's faith in his talent at the plate. But to this point it simply has not realized itself yet and Heredia is posting a dismal .321 slugging percentage. With the Mariners in the playoff hunt there could be an addition to the lineup over the next week or so which could eat into Heredia's playing time moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
