7 years agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Sandy Alcantara (arm) will move his rehab assignment to Single-A Jupiter on Saturday and is scheduled to throw 75 pitches. Alcantara made one start in the big leagues this year, allowing one run and three hits over five innings in a win over the Mets on June 29. In two minor league stops in 2018, he has a 4.03 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 6.7 K/9 in 15 starts. He could be an option for the Marlins rotation again beginning sometime next week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
