7 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt (knee) is dealing with a bone bruise in his knee and won't do any activities for five days. Belt should only be on the 10-day disabled list for the minimum time. He has good overall numbers this year (.278 average, 14 home runs, 43 RBI), but he's hit only .230 with three long balls and 12 RBI in 33 games since June 1. Hopefully he can get back on track for his owners when he returns. Pablo Sandoval should see most of the playing time at first in the meantime.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
