7 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa (back) looks likely to begin a rehab assignment in the next few days. He took batting practice off of a high-velocity pitching machine on Monday and fielded ground balls and threw during batting practice. "My back feels great," Correa said. "I'm excited about doing my rehab assignment hopefully soon." Correa has been out since June 25 with back soreness, but he's making progress and could return to the team shortly.
