7 years agoThe Chicago Cubs acquired relief pitcher Brandon Kintzler from the Washington Nationals on Tuesday in exchange for right-handed reliever Jhon Romero. Kintzler has a 3.59 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 31 strikeouts in 42 2/3 innings this year and will move to a setup role in Chicago. He doesn't have much fantasy value at all. Romero wasn't among the Cubs top-30 prospects and was 1-2 with a 3.27 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and impressive 11.7 K/9 in 44 relief innings for High-A Myrtle Beach this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
