7 years agoBoston Red Sox general manager Dave Dombrowski said the team isn't expecting second baseman Dustin Pedroia (knee) back this season. In just 11 at-bats this year, Pedroia has just one hit (.091). It was fairly obvious when the Red Sox traded for second baseman Ian Kinsler on Monday night that they weren't expecting Pedroia to return. He can safely be dropped in all leagues if he wasn't already. It's hard to imagine the 34-year-old contributing much for fantasy owners in 2019, either.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
