7 years agoNew York Yankees manager Aaron Boone is "still optimistic" that starting pitcher J.A. Happ (illness) can make his next start Saturday against the Red Sox. Happ's illness isn't serious -- Noah Syndergaard recently just missed one start with the same illness -- but you probably wouldn't want to use the lefty a less than full strength against the best offense in baseball, even if he was solid against KC in his first start in pinstripes over the weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
