7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong (knee) isn't expected to return from the disabled list on Thursday, according to manager Mike Shildt. Wong did some running and sliding in pre-game drills on Wednesday, so he could return at some point this weekend. He went on the disabled list on July 22. Wong is mostly an NL-only option, as he's hitting a weak .216 with seven home runs, 24 RBI and three steals in 245 at-bats this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
