6 years agoThe Oakland Athletics traded for Shawn Kelley in exchange for international slot money from the Nationals Sunday, according to Martin Gallegos of The Mercury News. In 2018, Kelly is 1-0 with a hold, blown save and a 3.34 ERA in 32 1/3 innings. He also has a very good 6.40 K/BB rate. Kelley fell out of favor with the Nats after a recent meltdown on the mound. Wait to see his role in the bullpen before considering picking him up. It is likely Kelley will end up in middle relief, which is less fantasy relevant.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
